Here's my theory on LOST: It's the boy! Walt somehow has powers and he can turn fantasy into reality. That's why the tropical island has polar bears. How come he has those powers? Uhhmm... maybe he's a mutant hehehe.

Yeah, you guys are right. I just hope they won't resort to deus ex machina in explaining everything.
The producers promised that there's a perfectly logical explanation for everything so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. |

I agree with Evee, the structure and the way the story is headed is completely unpredictable and hence will produce an ending which lands a spot in either extremes.
Minus note: I heard the ending to the first season of Lost is very dumb. |

hey i think you're on to something there. the problem is, it doesn't explain the other things on the island. like jack's dead dad walking around, the "whisperers", ethan rom, the "others", etc.. that's basically the problem with all other theories. they might explain SOME of the mysteries but never the whole shebang. i'm starting to think that when the writers finally reveal everything, we're either gonna be totally blown away or totally disappointed. |
